JOB PURPOSE | |||
The Direct Sales agent will be responsible for prospecting, raising insurance product awareness and generation of leads that will ultimately lead to attainment of revenue goals through collection of insurance premiums. | |||

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE | |||
Minimum level of academic qualification, skills and knowledge required to perform effectively in the role: | |||
• Relevant professional certification in a business-related field. A Degree will be an added advantage. • At least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services sector. • Good knowledge of general insurance products and working knowledge of life insurance. • Good proficiency in the use of MS Office software applications. • Results oriented and self-driven with a proven performance track record. |
